- $7 Shipping for orders under $99
- Your order is being shipped from Gold Coast, Australia
- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched next business day
- Shipping to Metro areas is 1-3 business days and 3-7 for regional.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with an AusPost tracking number. This can be tracked through their site.
Please allow 1-2 days for the information to be displayed.

Sizing Chart
Most items are true to size. If otherwise, this will be stated in the description.
We do offer 30 day exchanges from order date if the sizing isn't correct.
Can I cancel my order or change the sizing/information?
Once you press "confirm order" there are no guarantees that we can modify your order. However, if you contact the store at Robert@alphawearapparel.com.au or on our instagram page (@alphawearapparel_) we may be able to assist you.

How do I return?
Click the return link at the bottom of the web page. You will then go through our return/exchange portal.
Change of mind/exchange
Alpha Wear will refund/exchange any full priced item within 30 days from delivery.
These items must be UNDAMAGED and UNWORN with the tags attached.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable and are returnable for a store credit/exchange only.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are non-refundable and are FINAL SALE. No RETURNS.
Faulty Items
Alpha Wear will refund/exchange any faulty item with no extra costs. Contact robert@alphawearapparel.com.au with your order number and pictures of your item and a team member will contact you within 1-2 business days.
