• Same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm
• Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched next business day
• Shipping to Metro areas is 1-3 business days and 3-7 for regional.
• Due to COVID delays, international delivery may take up to 14 days - we apologise for the inconvenience.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with an AusPost tracking number. This can be tracked through their site. Please allow 1-2 days for the information to be displayed.

Sizing

Sizing Chart

Most items are true to size however, some items run smaller. This will be stated in the description. We do offer 30 day exchanges from order date if the sizing isn't correct.

 

Can I cancel my order or change the sizing/information?

Once you press "confirm order" there are no guarantees that we can modify your order. However, if you contact the store at alphaphysique@gmail.com or on our instagram page (@alphaphysiquewear) we may be able to assist you.

Returns Policy

How do I return?

Contact the store on the "contact" menu with your order number and the items you would like to return. This will take 1-5 business days to process. We will then provide you with a shipping label.

If returning an item and choosing the STORE CREDIT option, we will provide a free shipping label. However, if choosing a refund, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund to cover the shipping costs.

Change of mind/exchange

Alpha physique wear will refund/exchange any full priced item within 30 days from delivery. These items must be UNDAMAGED and UNWORN with the tags attached.

Sale Items

During sales, our offers are not in conjunction with any other offers. This includes our ambassador and athlete codes.

Sale items are non-refundable and are returnable for a store credit only. When "Buy this, get that" sales are on, the second item must be added to the cart in order to qualify for the sale.

Clearance Items

As clearance items are non-refundable, we do understand change of mind/sizing mishaps. Although we cannot provide you with a refund, we can provide a store credit for any returned Clearance items.

Faulty Items

Alpha Physique Wear will refund/exchange any faulty item with no extra costs. Contact robert@alphaphysique.com.au with your order number and pictures of your item and a team member will contact you within 1-2 business days.
